Volunteering

By joining a local community group, starting a new group or picking up litter on your own, you’ll be able to make the difference in your local area. It will also help you to get to know your neighbours!

There are lots of community groups that are regularly out collecting litter, along with Keep Wales Tidy we support them by loaning equipment and providing support. If you would like to help tackle the rubbish in Cardiff, register as the Love of your Community Champion. We are piloting the scheme in the Grangetown area and we hope to introduce it to the rest of Cardiff in the New Year. Contact us and let us know where you are and we can register for the launch in your area. Email lovewhereyoulive@cardiff.gov.uk or call 029 2071 7717.

Alternatively get in touch with one of the community groups below!
